Delivery Services
1. Delivery will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour earlier for buffet set-ups (if applicable).
2. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, delivery might be delayed.

Payment Processing
1. Visa, MasterCard and Amex are accepted via the PayPal payment gateway at Checkout. You are encouraged to check the email to ensure all order details provided are accurate. (To ensure that you will receive the email confirmation successfully, kindly check your spam mailbox as well.)
2. Customers will be notified within 48 hours upon successful placement of online order via email/call.
Changes Of Orders/Delivery Services
Any changes on the order or delivery services, please send the email to tastyfragrantwok@gmail.com at least 48 hours before delivery (excluded weekend).
Cancellation Of Orders
Orders cannot be canceled after payment on the website. However, feel free to contact us at tastyfragrantwok@gmail.com if you have ordered the wrong item and require a refund. This will be looked into on a case by case basis, not all refund requests will be approved.
